The Otesaga Resort Hotel

We absolutely loved our stay at the Otesaga Resort! It is so beautiful and well-kept. All the staff go above and beyond for their guests. We want to give a special shoutout to Mark in security who is so professional and just about the nicest person you’ll ever meet. We can’t wait to go back!

Was walking into the hotel with my wife and did not have a clue have to get to the bar. I stopped an employee to ask directions. He told us he would show us the way. He is a chef by the name of Shamoy. So kind and humble. Great asset for hotel. Waitress Nikki was also helpful and kind. Employees that shine.

Went to a wedding there over the weekend. The staff that served food and drinks were pretty good. The furniture and rooms in this place are old and outdated and need to be updated. I’m so glad I didn’t stay in their overpriced rooms, they’re such a ripoff, they should be half the price. This place is far from a “resort”. The nicest thing about it is the view on the lake.
