The Olympic Center

This is a must-see place when in Lake Placid. You can check out the rink where the USA won in 1980. It’s also a very nice place for conventions, as they have facilities for that as well.

What an amazing skating experience! We are novices at best and loved the public skate. It wasn’t so crowded that you feel unsafe. Sign up and rentals were easy via the website. To skate in the 1980 Olympic rink was priceless.
