The Big Fiddle

Such an interesting place. Most of the shops are only open on cruise ship days but a beautiful boardwalk and some very interesting history. The fiddle is giant. Highly recommend stopping here

The Big Fiddle itself is rather well made and presented. There are many different stores that operate on Cruise Ship days. Wander around but give yourself an hour or more to really look at what there is to offer.

This is the world’s largest fiddle! It’s really neat to see it up close on the Sydney waterfront. The fiddle & bow reach a height of 60 feet high. It’s made of solid steel and weighs 10 tons! It’s a tribute to the provinces Celtic community traditions of the area. It greets all the cruise ships coming into port.
