Great place to explore. The process is quick and easy to purchase a ticket. I highly recommend doing the combo with meal. Great views, clean facilities, museum and hiking trails. The tram experience was great. It looks scary, but the ride is surprisingly smooth for the most part and operators are very friendly. I would give yourself several hours and do the last tram down for beautiful sunset mountain views.

Overall good experience. Tram was packed and our group was split up.. when I asked about waiting for next one they said I already scanned you. Well... Seems lazy they couldn't fix that and keep our group together. The views at the top are nice. Be ready to walk over rocks and uneven ground - not a complaint just a heads up for people to plan accordingly. It can get cool too so you may want a jacket. The cafe food was not good, I would not recommend it. Given this is not a restaurant reviews I didn't reduce the score just mentioning it because people are more likely to read this.

Such a great spot to escape from the busy everyday routine. The tram ride itself is an amazing experience, and once you’re at the top, the fresh air and nature are just incredible. The staff are friendly and welcoming. Even though it can be crowded, not many people go hiking, so the trails feel calm and quiet. Plus, there’s plenty of wildlife around. Just be prepared - it’s much colder up there than in Palm Springs, so dress accordingly. We love coming here once a year and will definitely keep coming back. Highly recommend.
