Palm Springs Aerial Tramway

We visited the Aerial Tramway as a party of 6, 2 of which were very young children. We had a wonderful time. Everything was well organised. We got there early so there was no line and we were able to park close to the entrance. The trip up was excellent with fantastic views from the rotating cars...what a brilliant idea. Once at the top Everything in the building was clean and tidy. We went for a walk around the shorter nature trail loop since we had strollers with us. What a wonder full experience awaited us....it was like a secret world up there with a lovely walk through the woods....we didn't want to leave. The views over Palm Springs and surrounding valley were also stunning. The journey down was also fun....great views again....and a singalong!! Sweet Caroline etc etc. All in all an excellent day out. I highly recommended it.

A fun experience but the winter conditions made it too cold to go out once at the top dress for the weather and check the palm springs tram app for top side conditions. The museum and videos are well worth watching. Also don't miss the counter weight room at the top right before you board to go back down. Be aware that parking is $15 per car. If you're going early buy tickets online to avoid the lines.

Wow wow wow. This is a must if you are in palm springs. The tram is a marvel of construction and the view from the rotating cars where fantastic. And the views from the top were even better. We paid 7 dollars each more and got a meal and drink with the price . And may i say the bbq ribs were fantastic.
