Matrix Hotel

Every detail was perfect!!! The room was clean and comfortable, there was a wedding going on at the hotel, unless we went into the common areas, we didn’t hear a thing! Check in was quick and easy. Breakfast the next morning, although not included, Is absolutely worth the money spent at check in (it’s cheaper to get the vouchers at check in than it is to buy them the morning of) The service we’ve received has been stellar!! Deena noticed I was struggling this morning and made sure I had a coffee before even finding a table! She went above and beyond to make sure that we wanted for absolutely nothing! Her attention and cheerful demeanour was the perfect start to the day!! We will DEFINITELY be back!!! Thank you so much for the fantastic stay!! 🥰

We recently had our wedding here and could not be happier with how everything turned out. From the beginning of the planning process to the wedding day itself, everything went so smoothly. The communication with Kate was amazing and we really appreciated the quick responses and support throughout the entire process. Our guests absolutely loved the food and we received so many compliments all night. Every dish was cooked perfectly and was a huge hit with everyone. The team also did such a beautiful job decorating the tables and setting up the reception space. We are so grateful for all the hard work that went into making our ceremony and reception so special. Thank you to Kate and her entire team for helping create such an unforgettable day for us and our guests.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. David at the front desk was very welcoming, informative and friendly. At breakfast Deena was attentive and always on top of filling our coffee. The location is great! It’s close to great restaurants, the Roger’s Center and the Legislative Buildings. There is even a very cute little park across the street from the hotel.
