Super cool guided tour! Even the non-baseball fans in our group enjoyed it. Super cool to see how the bats are made, and even cooler to get to hold a piece of history! My middle son thought it was amazing to get to swing one of Babe Ruth’s bats! And my oldest loved the Lego baseball stadiums. The movie was also super interesting, don’t skip it!
This is an awesome experience for any baseball enthusiast, and it is also highly suitable for families. The museum showcases historical artifacts, engaging interactive exhibits, and realistic statues of baseball legends including Babe Ruth, Hank Aaron, and Derek Jeter. Visitors have the chance to hold game-used bats from Hall of Fame players and even take some swings with historical bat models or the most recent composite models. Furthermore, you can observe the bat-making process and delve into the history of Louisville Slugger and baseball. Custom-branded bats with personalized names or messages are also available for order at the museum store.
Louisville Slugger Museum! Seeing how the bats are actually made was fascinating, and the tour really brought the history to life. Our guide was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and made the whole experience engaging from start to finish. There’s so much to see and learn — it’s genuinely interesting even if you’re not a huge baseball fan. We took some really cool photos along the way, and honestly, you could spend hours exploring everything. Highly recommend if you’re visiting Louisville!
