Louis' Basque Corner

I had a great experience at Louis’ Basque Corner. The oxtail was absolutely amazing hands down the best I’ve ever had in the U.S. The chicken and rice was also very good, and I really enjoyed the split pea soup, which had great flavor and depth. The ice cream was delicious and a perfect way to end the meal. My only small wish is that the salad had been a bit fresher. Overall, though, the food was comforting and memorable, and I’ll definitely be coming back again.

Was there for a company dinner and first time back in years, and it is still as delicious as ever. I went with the beef stew for my entree, but the top item was the cheesecake. It came with a lemon sauce at the based that pair perfectly. Keep in mind, I am not the biggest fan of cheesecake.

KEEP THE PICON!! ok so I wont give low stars only because I love this place and want it to stay alive. But the new Toro Amer isnt gonna cut it. Keep the traditions alive. The food here is great. The people even better. But the whole point is the culture... and it should not be changed. This is what keeps us coming Also Mike the bartender is a mainstay
