I have been a big fan of the LOGE concept and have stayed at their properties a few times. After my last experience, I’m done giving them any more chances. They do not have staff on site at night, and my review can best be summarized by simply sharing the text I sent to their staff when I tried to get into bed and discovered these issues: “Both beds in our room were made with the sheets rotated 90 degrees, causing them to have big gaps at the foot where no sheet covered the mattress. In the course of fixing it and re-making the beds, I discovered how dirty the mattress is. It's really gross. There are two different color human hairs, and multiple stains. I'm not interested in changing rooms at this late hour but I am super disappointed. I have honestly never had a stay at a LOGE that didn't have some kind of issue but I had hoped this location would be different. You are also out of dog poop bags at the fenced dog area, and the trash can there is full to the brim with bags of poop. The hammock in our room has been tied together so tightly at the midpoint that we couldn't untie it and it's been rendered unusable. Of the freebies that were supposed to be in our room, we have only one of each cup type, a bottle opener, and postcards.” I included photos of the bed, and a video where I showed the crumbs I found between the sheet and bed being brushed off the mattress. There was no mattress protector or cover, just a thin sheet. They did not reply in the morning until I sent a second message. They said the manager would get back to me, but no one ever did, and it’s been two weeks. I didn’t even mention the annoying fact that they assigned all guests to rooms in one small building despite

It’s old and dated in a way that says “we welcome kids, dogs, bikes and snow boots”. The beds were comfortable, sheets and towels good, hot tub is hot, and hot cocoa and snores kits for kids (and others) in the lobby, free to enjoy. It’s welcoming ❤️

I really liked this place. Love that you can bring your pet for no fee but kind of weird you pay a fee per day for equipment that you might not use. The giant hot tub is wonderful! They have fire rings but they are all propane ones. Would love for them to have real fire pits for ppl to bring wood. There are no coffee makers in the room just instant coffee. It was also super strange however not a big deal but the bottom sheet was sideways so you could feel the bare mattress with your feet at the end of the bed. We just remade the bed. Check in is easy and if you don’t mind never talking to staff this place is just like that. It’s all through texting. There is a cafe open during the winter that you can go talk to staff or get something. There was a food truck on the property!
