Incredible hospitality at this beautiful inn which is in a perfect location for visiting Beaufort. Clean, large and comfortable room. Delightful continental breakfast delivered to your room. Peaceful and serene with water views. Best part is their friendly and caring staff. Special kudos to Deb and Beth - but every staff member we interacted with were helpful and so welcoming. We will be back.

Just had a delightful stay at the Inlet Inn, oldest hotel in Beaufort, NC. We’ve been to 30 countries and toured 49 States, and the Inlet Inn tops our list of places to stay. Very clean, comfortable, cozy room. Everything is attended to with comfort and quality in mind. A very good continental is delivered to your room! We loved rocking away the mornings on the balcony with our coffee, watching the boats come in and out. Free parking. Tour boats, ferries to beaches and sunset excursions were available right across the street. A variety of very, very good restaurants are just steps away from the hotel, fancy or casual…Blue Moon, Beaufort Grocery, Mescalito and Black Sheep wood-fired pizza were our choices and did not disappoint. Bearfoot Wade Tours will pick you up at the Inlet for a great historical town tour. Can’t wait to get back. Special note: They make their own bath products and soap. You can buy some to take home. Smells so good!

We came here on a sister trip for MDW 2026 and it was so lovely! My younger sister and I were visiting from California and had never been to Beaufort before. Our older sister was showing us the town for the weekend, and has stayed here before and couldn’t recommend it enough. The property itself is so beautifully landscaped with wildflowers and rocking chairs to sit and enjoy outside, and the rooms are adorably decorated. The location is wonderful as well, right across the street from the docks and walking distance from all the shops and restaurants downtown. The staff was very nice, especially Deb in the front office who was so kind and very informative when we first checked in. If we ever make it back to Beaufort, NC we will definitely be back! Highly recommend for a stay!
