Heaven Hill Bourbon Experience

This place was everything I wanted it to be. We took the "Bottled in Bond" rickhouse tour because I wanted to get inside the old rickhouses. As a bonus we also toured one of their newest rickhouses, so we got to see both the old and the new. Our tour guide was great, the samples we had along the way were great of course, and it was just a wonderful way to spend a couple of hours. On top of that the gift shop was very large with tons of merch and bottles to choose from. They were even giving out tasting at the front door as you come in, no charge! The museum displays were also well done and very informative. its a beautiful facility with a lot more to offer than we had the time to enjoy. Highly recommended.

Absolutely stunning distillery. Campus, view and staff were all top notch. Marcy and Abby made our visit beyond amazing. We celebrated our 22nd Anniversary at Heaven Hill and these ladies went above and beyond to make it remarkable. We will forever treasure our visit and bung! The tour was fantastic. We learned a lot of information. We will return!

I have to say that I was very impressed by the facility and the staff at Heaven Hill. The gift shop was expansive, had unique offerings for each of their sub-brands, and the prices were reasonable. I was travelling cross country, and just decided to stop by. I had no tour booked, as I wasn't sure when I would arrive. I explained my situation of driving cross-country after a death in the family to the wonderful lady at the Tour Desk. Unfortunately, everything was full. As I was getting ready to leave, I checked one more time, incase someone didn't show up. Everyone showed, and while disappointed, I completely understood. The wonderful lady, whom I forgot to catch her name, asked "Are you the young man travelling?" When I told her "Yes." she went and talked to the Tour Guide that was going to do the next "Do It Yourself" bottling experience. They made an exception for me, because of my circumstances. What an amazing facility, better, people, and the best bourbon! I plan to go back there every time I can make it to the area. And next time I'll make a tour reservation!
