Chollar Mine Tour

My wife and I brought our son, who is on military leave, for a mine tour. Gary, the guide, was great! This was our first time in an old mine and it was a great experience. It give you a glimpse of what it was like for a miner making $4/day! There is a great collection of mining equipment out front. Learned alot. Worth a visit!

Love this tour! The gentlemen were both hilarious and very knowledgeable. I would definitely do this again and appreciate their time showing us the mine and why Nevada's history is so important.

This tour was spectacular! Quintessential Virginia City. A must see and well worth the price of admission. Andree and Gary are wonderful historians. Check it out!!!
