Cholla Cactus Garden

Gorgeous walkway of the spiky cacti, but as of January the parking lot was under construction. There are some space along the road to park on the shoulder but be wary of how far to safely park along some sandy sections. All along the road are other cholla cacti to view and some of the outlooks are extremely quiet and have amazing views as you traverse between the Colorado and Mojave Deserts.

Fantastic! Don't miss this one. The parking lot area was closed but we were able to find a spot on the side of the road and get out and walk around a bit. We really enjoyed it what a beautiful and unusual group of cactus!
